I am not a scratch creator, so specific assets you want that I don't already have, you will need to buy. My work will not be a 1:1 replica of existing characters. They will be in my own style while as close as possible to or heavily based on your character.

If you want to add things during the process that weren't discussed prior, there may be additional fees.

My schedule is not static. I work when I work. However, I will include an estimated time to complete in your quote.

I do not necessarily work in order of first-come first-serve. I try, but it is not always the case depending on several variables.

Streaming and commercial use is allowed.

If I forgot something, I will add it at no charge.

Anything that needs to be fixed such as clipping, broken toggles, any little oopsies on my part, I will fix at no charge.

Anything you want me to change, such as the color of something or the way this or that works, I will most likely change at no charge. However, changes after a 30 day period will come at a charge.

The avatar is YOURS, you can edit it however you like.

Sharing the avatar files with friends is okay, but under no circumstances are you allowed to resell.
